How does delivery work?

• We offer two forms of delivery; Pre-Scheduled Orders, and Express Orders

  1. Pre-scheduled orders are placed at least the day before your order is to be delivered. You are able to select a time window during which you’d like to receive your delivery. This order can be placed days in advance, or even the night before delivery.
  2. Express delivery will allow customers to order from a live inventory on our local delivery truck in your region (Note not all regions may support the ability to do Express delivery). Express orders are received by our driver on their “pre-scheduled” route, and the drivers then work your order into the route as fast as possible. We expect most Express orders to be delivered within 45 minutes in most locations.

Monday – Saturday 10AM-8PM

Sunday – 11AM-7PM

How can I purchase cannabis from Elevate ADK?

Our storefront dispensary in Saranac Lake is open to shop in person where transactions using cash or cards (ATM available on site). Orders can be placed online for pick-up at the store or delivery. Customers wishing to make a card payment for pick-up or delivery may call +1 518-565-0065 to pay for the order. We can deliver to any residence or private business address included in our Delivery Area’s Page.

Are the products you carry lab tested?

Yes! All of the products we carry go through state standardized laboratory testing.  Each product will include a QR code that will give you access to those lab reports.

What types of products do you sell?

We will sell cannabis Flower, Concentrates and Oils, Vape Cartridges and all in one units, Pre-rolls, Edibles, Cannabis Drinks, and Cannabis Smoking Accessories including Pipes, Bongs, Papers, etc.  Elevate ADK is dedicated to bringing you only the very best cannabis products NYS has to offer.

What is required to purchase cannabis from Elevate ADK

A valid government ID proving you are 21+ is required by NYS for all orders to be handed over.  For online orders, we will require additional information pertinent to making the delivery. We are not allowed to accept medical recommendations at all, including persons under 21.

What is a Conditional Adult Use Retail Dispensary (CAURD), and is Elevate ADK authorized by the state?

A Conditional Adult Use Retail Dispensary (CAURD) is a licensed cannabis retailer that is authorized to sell cannabis products to adults 21 years of age and older. Conditional dispensaries are authorized temporarily by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM).  Elevate ADK’s License Numbers are:  OCMCAURD-2022-000580 and OCMCAURDP-2023-000013

No, we do not share customer information with the state or federal government.
